Getting high with my dog.....
You know you're really high when you pause for a moment and realize you are in the middle of having a really interesting two way conversation with your dog.
I was smoking some bush grown sativa that was cobbed (Malawi style cob curing - fermented then vac sealed cured...check out Tangwena's thread https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread....09172&page=194 ) |

My wife and son were walking the dogs a couple days ago, when her 13-year-old (smaller) poodle held a 5 minute back-and-forth with a raven in a tree out front.
Seriously. Beginning with the raven mocking the poodle's barking at it. Then the discourse changed to all sorts of sounds. And neither one interrupted the other. Each made their statement, then the other replied. And they were all straight. Except maybe the poodle. He's way too happy most of the time. And I can't vouch for where the raven's been hanging out, or with who. Don't know him well enough yet. |

Yeah....I tend to find myself conversing with animals/pets much more often when I am stoned.
Maybe Dr Doolittle was a stoner?...Hmmm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpBPavEDQCk

Maybe 15 years ago, my first mushroom trip, I remember hysterically laughing at my cats. I just couldn't wrap my head around the little fuzzballs.

my little Suzi hears out all my issues, sees me fuck up one thing after another and only cares to get her snuggles; today she didn't want me to leave the bed, she kept flopping onto my chest to pin me down as I tried to get up, I let her win for 1/2 hour or so....... she's talkin' to me

Yup. My old Newf Jack was the smartest, most stubborn, gentlest animal I ever knew. We'd lay together on the lawn, talking for hours. He laughed at all of my jokes.

Yep, guilty of having conversations with the bearded dragon and leopard gecko while baked. They don't seem to mind as their stoned owner tends to feed them extra snacks while getting some for himself.
