What I find important when making a change in medication (if it is psychotropic, i.e. affects your mind) is to not try and do any work for a day or 2 - or a week.
Michael Connelly - the writer who writes crime novels set in LA, and actually makes LA seem nice - quite a miracle - I got in the habit of reading his books on vacation. "Ain't gonna do anything today but read this book, which it doesn't matter if I read" - works pretty good if your brain is screaming for some chemical you want to take a break from. |
