Lining the collection vessel of a closed loop system with PTFE

Pretty much as the title says. Is it possible to line the BHO collection vessel with something like slick sheet? Any help is appreciated.

Try Continental Coatings in Tualatin, OR. We've used them for PTFE coatings.

do they make an insert or actually just coat the inside of a collection pot with a non-removable coating.

I'm surprised someone like slick sheet hasn't got this covered yet with different sized 'bowls'

Try using a PTFE coated baking pan instead of the usual Pyrex casserole dish for a boil off. Let us know how it works out, I didn't find it to 'repulse' cannabis oil as I had hoped.

We actually experimented with a clear PTFE coating on large sight glasses early on, trying to make a collection vessel out of them that would meet ASME LPG pressure requirements.

The coatings actually add strength but alas not enough in a film thickness that was still transparent enough to tell what was going on.

so would it be more like a non-stick pan type coating, or closer to a slick sheet?

I wonder how much use and abuse it can handle.... but I guess that depends on the thickness of the coating.

More than one choice in coatings. I would suggest talking to the experts at Continental Coating.
