Well Mrs. Babba your salsa looks delicious, however when making mine I like to leave it a little bit chunkier.
Also I throw in something most people can't stand, Habaneros. Not a lot, just enough to let you know they're in there.

Its no secret that farmer John loves good salsa looks divine, save some for me, planning to visit you guys in 2008 or so if all goes well, lil one soon come, soon come, we happy now...be happy..

A good way to make the chips is to use maseca. It is instant corn masa mix. You can find it in the grocery store in the ethnic section/mexican. It costs about $2 for 4.4 pounds. You add water to it and roll it out with a rolling pin between two sheets of wax paper. You cut the flat sheet of masa, that now resembles a tortilla, into pieces. Fry them in oil till brown. Tastes great I guess because its fresh. You can make tortillas with the same mix by frying without oil in a large pan.
