Polyscience -40 chiller for dewaxing?

Been looking into chillers for a jacketed dewax column and Polyscience came to mind. They have a -40 (AD15R-40) that caught my eye at 1100 watts for $5K. Question is has anyone out there used this specific recirculator for deeaxing or is this model even strong enough to get butane/propane to propper dewaxing temps? Thank you for any input.
