Growing rules in Limburg, Netherlands.
Hello!
Can anyone one of You guys answer me the question about it is fully legal to make a home grow in Limburg, Netherlands? I would like to set up myself with 150 W grow and 2 plant's but I'm still unable to fully confirm if ain't gonna have any problems with it. Just in case Ofc.  Thanks in advance !
