Bubba hanging, blueberry hanging, old moms and my girl cat brought me a pipe cleaner.

the pipe cleaners are a part of my life now. the inside black cat, Lucifer, Luci for short, is always playing with them under doors and coffee tables. i pick them all up and put them in an upper cabinet in the kitchen. He opens the cab and gets them all down again.
The girl cat just carries them around and leaves them here and there. sometimes she brings me one.

Diesels and Cheese finishing soon. Bubbas on the right of the first pic have been chopped. The last two pics are big blueberry buds. The middle pic is the Blueberry that I'm going to run again at least once. fat and easy to trim. smells nice too. the problem is it went 14 weeks.

I flipped the Cinnamon Haze on the NFT table on New Years Day.

I had a 1K light in a hood all set up amd the bulb is no good. Went for my spare bulb, same story. so pull the duct pull out the 1k bulb, put in a 600.
Anyway. i have my old moms flowering under it and they all look great. they are at 5 weeks. I moved them aside and put an NFT table under the light. My boy, who had the day off from the dispensary grow he works at, (they have 50 lights to a room and lots of rooms) and helped me move the Cinn Haze in to the flower room. It had really filled the screen and was begging to be flipped.

I get a pic of it before it starts the stretch tonight.

I put the old moms back beside the table and may hook another 600 up over it if i don't get a new bulb for the 1k.

i've got 2 other 1Ks with Phantom ballasts, that I've been running on 750. My boy told me the guy we got the ballsats from has another Phantom. i said get it.


That's the side of a big Blueberry bud that is showing a bit of color.


This Blueberry is sweet smelling and as you can see it is fat.
Might be a keeper.
right now, it's the jar i keep reaching for.

Seemed like the bud in the previous post was lonely. not bad from a 1 gallon pot of coco.





EDIT: Scrolling back a few posts, I saw the large pic of my smoking pipe. Patting myself on the back a bit here, but that is Pic of the Month stuff right there. tasty blueberry too.

This is Cinnamon Haze in my NFT set up.





first is mostly Bubbas, Cheese and Cin Haze.
Second pic is Diesels and Cheese falling all over the place. They have about another week. They're just starting to swell.



This is the new NFT set up in veg. I'm stretching and shaping this thick, stiff piece of commercial linoleum.

This is the lino all shaped and ready for the next step.

First I have to use a different irrigation line. And ditch the old hydrofarm buckets full of clay balls and make some lids with net pots that i can easily move into the bloom room.


I took a piece of the rigid pink 1" thick foam. It's very stiff and strong.

I cut 2 1/2" holes, running the hole saw backwards of course. why 2 1/2 ? Because that's the biggest hole saw I own.
My table is an odd size, it was built for a different purpose. it is 13 1/2" between the sides. the table in the bloom room is 20"outside to outside, so i cut the lids 20 x 16. the cups are inset enough to fit in the narrower table.


The back end of the table. wide open to allow for lots of air flow. I'll probably staple a piece of panda to keep light out.

here's the irrigation all set up. the jug of water is just holding the 1/2 " drip line down for now.



I closed off the tee on the side. it took too much away from the ones on the end.
The idea is that most of the water will run from this end to the other and waterfall into the res. there are 6 lines going to net pots that will only be needed until the roots hit the bottom where there will be a fast running stream.




There are three tees in the 1/2" line and two tubes coming off of each tee. i put these emitters on them because i have them. open ends would probably be fine. they might help with pressure differences in getting even water flow.

I'll be using 4 to 6 plants on each 16 x 20 lid. hopefully I'll be flipping them before they get too big. clones are in the cloners.
