I wonder how hard it's going to be to get the temporary license from the state?

They wanted to simplify? They can't limit you from growing your prop215 plants. They can not restrict. That's currently guaranteed in the previous laws and multiple California court precedents. They will try to limit it though, and may challenge those precedents and change things. Especially is they have the money to do it.

They are going to take away your personal growing rights next, individuals are way too hard to keep track of and tax properly.
Soon if you don't get your cannabis from a store you will not get it legally. Will Cali. really be better after legalization has run it's full course, hmmm? Seems to me legalization is turning into corporateization. Shag

Most felony offenses for growing are also now only misdemeanors, and misdemeanors are not even crimes. They already started letting people out of prison and nullifying convictions and charges of people not yet in prison. It seems to me like your just making a bunch of assumptions not based in anything that’s actually happening. If cali growers go out of business, it’s not because of new laws, it’s because they’re business model is out dated, and the weed market is over saturated by 900 percent.

The attitude of Entitlement is Strong at the Rec. stores in Oregon. It's like a Shylock scene from the Merchant of Venice ! There's nothing Black about one grower giving or selling Cannabis to their friends & acquaintances. Corporate Cannabis = the New Black Market (they always say "black market" like it's bad. The Lowest Quality Highest Price cannabis market in Oregon is the Corporate Rec. market.) I used to work in the Black market, now I work in the Green Market

Also I read an article today says taxes on legal weed maybe up to 45 percent in many places, and it’s actually predicted to cause a boon to,the black market. Things might not change much. The best weed will still come from small producers on the black market. Shit some of the best weed I’ve ever had was from Florida in the early 2000’s. This is probably all going to be a crazy cluster fuck for a while.
