Customer Service?
So I had confirmation from Royal Mail that the cash for my order was received on the 21st, which means the Boutique have had my money for 8 days now. The status on my order still shows 'awaiting payment' and I've had no reply to my email.
If you valued your customer's business I think you should make a little effort to keep them informed as to what's happening with their order. Customer service is EVERYTHING. I'd actually be willing to pay more for my seeds if I knew that you'd keep me informed of my order status and shipping. In fact I've just had to do exactly that. I've had to place another order from Herbies as I simply can't wait for an undetermined amount of time for these seeds to maybe come at some point in the future...

Received my order from Herbies this morning. So that's 3 days from placing my order to having my seeds in my hands. All with emails updating me on receipt of payment and tracking no. Perfect.
I find it amazing that you can run a business like this. Especially when you state upon ordering that 'your order will be with you in 2-5 days'. lol So am I to assume that my money has vanished and my order isn't being fulfilled? Is that correct? Because I've had 0 contact or updates since you received my money over a week ago.

This has become a familiar sounding thread.
I predict you will get your seeds with extrafreebies and be happy in one to eleven weeks, but only after much frustration and not much communication from seller.

I feel this is the new PAR for the bay/boutique course.
I've stopped making orders from either due to customer service issues. |

Customer Service?
Greetings all. I wish my 1st post was a bit more positive. I too have had some concerns with Customer Service; I have never had a single answer from several queries on their Contact Form & I had confirmation of delivery of my letter/funds this past Wednesday (a rather large 1st order
) and this is Saturday and still no word from customer service. On the other hand, I was really slow getting my payment sent due to our losses in the N. CA fires in October. I did keep them posted on my situation, but again nothing back. So, I surely hope your prediction is correct I Wood. I don't really care if it takes a while to get shipped, it would just be real nice to know what's going on. I placed another even larger order which I waited to send funds for till I had confirmation of the first!

There has been a few problems with staffing at bay/boo these last months. I am back now for the immediate future.

I was trying to figure why I couldn't PM you SS and I should have read the Forum Faq first; I have to have 50 posts before using the PM system here. I don't want to just do a bunch of unnecessary posts to reach that number, any other suggestions?
