Many newbies are unable to post in IC Mag's forums simply because they did not use a valid email address.

When you register with a fake email addy, you don't get the validation email that we send out, so your account is never activated for posting.

Likewise, if you entered an invalid email and set your account for email notifications, you will never get them. Instead the emails bounce back to us, and therefore we end up seeing them and deleting them.

And of course, there's no way to notify you of these problems since your emails don't work and newbies can't send or receive private messages.

Please note that unlike other social networks, all we ask from our members is a valid email addy. It can even be a temporary email addy. No other ID is required to post on ICMag.
