A quick update for the day, I got a lot more done than I originally thought I would before work. The right wall is crooked as it's not actually set yet( just to avoid that question). I have to move a light fixture to get my wall lined up where I want it

Hmm regarding conduit, it would be an air pathway so you might have to plug the entering conduit up with something around the wires that won't affect their insulation. Conduit isn't really necessary, romex would be easier for sealing. Just keep giving us dat freaky deaky hot build porn as you progress.

Lots of ways to do the electrical. Outlets in the ceiling near the light, "spider boxes" next to a sub panel, etc. Sometimes its overkill, also you may change your setup in the future and what was the perfect spot for an outlet is now awkward. Neatly arranged cords suspended out of the way on hooks seems to give the most flexibility for the future rearrangement.

Also being that this looks to be a longterm setup, you should seriously consider oversizing the wire, it pays for itself over time and then its money in the bank. Larger guage wire = lower resistance = less watts used

Yes originally was planning to go the outlets/receptacles and sealing the boxes and caulking the face plates I'm not currently running a complete sealed room with mini splits and co2 etc but would like to setup for the option the best I can now for when I'm able to in the future. , also will be having some plugs on the ceiling and up high in numbers more than I'll currently be using incase I want to add lights or change things up later, would rather do it now than add more later for sure, as far as wiring and and good electrical wire go in clueless lol I have an electric guy that I know that I trust and will hook it up and run it all for me for a favor

Trust me it's been something I've wanted to do for a while now, I had a small built up cab I used then a hacked together room with a buddy that was horrible, time to do things right now no messing around lol

External surface mounted conduit if I didn't make that clear. More flexibility for the future and easier to seal the place up.

I know what you mean by running it in conduit but not quite sure on the external surface mounting. I tried to look in your old photos on your "what's in cheffys kitchen" but the photobucket pics won't let me see them for some reason
