Leaf Rust?
I've got a strain dependent issue that's affecting
my outdoor crop. But only 3 plants are really effected by it. I got clones early this year, one is very very old and has it the worst. I am told it gets leaf rust? It's effecting two of my other plants from seed (Different strain). Other strains are not effected in the same garden of 50. Dealt with it a couple years back, copper helped get them through but yields were definitely lower |

I've also seen leaf hopper damage look like that.
