excellent!! hey smokerman, you might want to look into using coconut oil on yur incision....read into it a bit.....its very good at rebuilding the skin and tissue without tightening the skin, and it's anti-everything; microbial/viral/bacterial/fungal. and it'll keep you from having a scar in case you want to resume your porn career. keep us updated about that mesh, eh? ive got 3-4 months until i'll be ready for mesh on both sides, surgeon found another hernia on the other side last time i got checked. 2 for 1 special on hernias!

Glad to hear things went well Smokerman. I was amazed how fast my recovery was, in fact I was back at work in a couple days although was basically just there catching up on desk work. Not sure of the location of your surgery or your recovery rate but I had to be careful with the restrictions. Within a week or 2 I felt like everything was back to normal and had to watch how I did things. Caught myself a few times almost doing things I wasn’t supposed to (lifting, etc.). Hope things progress smoothly for you.

Wow ion, a 2fer. Sorry to hear but on the plus side at least you can get it all done in one shot as opposed to going thru it twice.
