So , 2 months i decided to order some seeds at Seedsman.com.
I've checked to see if any seeds were missing.
Sadly some freebies i have chosen when i ve ordered were missing.

I was disappointed .I've explained my troubles to client service that didn 't want to send them to me.
So i decided to return package to get refund.
I had to ask postal address for return because i haven 't found it in your website.
Then i have sent back the package to seedsman.Once package has arrived it has taken 1 more week to Seedsman to check it and redund me partially.

I got 118.47 euros altough my order was 132.53 euros.
You should know that you have to refund full amount from order.
Only charges for customer is the cost to return his order to the shop.

Client service on Seedsman.com doesn 't answer anymore to me for the last week.
Should i understand that seedsman will not refund me missing euros ?
Is Seedsman trying to scam me , breaking the law ?Or are you all on holidays?

First of all, you've already been answered in the French part, but just like you did with our customer service, you do not want to understand. I'm going to explain very clearly, to stop putting shit on our sites.

FIRST: Our freebies are subject to the availability of the stocks, this is something that is subject in all our offers, you received other freebies in compensation. That said, our customer service without any obligation (we have done nothing wrong) offered to send you those seeds (freebies) that had been replaced by others, but this would be in the next purchase, as it is a special favor that is made for you. You deny yourself totally and ask for a refund (these in your right) and we make the refund with the policy that we offer in our web. We have always offered respect for you, you have instead only insisted and said that our support is the worst, that they have not heard you and other lies like putting in the title of this thread SEEDSMAN = SCAM. We are fed up with your bad manners. THIS IS ALL I WILL TELL ABOUT THIS!! CLOSED TOPIC!!
