I'll put my testers under a 600MH. It's 36" above them on a 4x4 area Seedlings love it!

Sometimes yes and sometimes no.
For me, it s a feeling question,
Cause I have nice temperature this day in my room, I switched in 300w, but if in next days, weather is too hot I will reswitch in 200w.
