Right are the roots out the arse of the cubes yet?

Kind of m8 one seedling has hunderds of roots the rest have some I am potting up today
I think I burnt them with roots excel and over watered em plus I don't no if I should pot up
Into soil or cannae coco the one with most roots going into hydro with hydroton.
Plus the stem is about 3ins long trying my best

I potted em up today into canna coco ph 6.0 Ec 0.7
Should I tie em down or bury stems next time I pot up.
