Test grow: sex bud hits the dirt.
Hello all.
Mr. Brunch reporting for duty. Firstly, thank you to female seeds for the opportunity to grow these fine seeds- I will do my best to do them justice. I grew the grapefruit years ago ( not sure which year, but I believe they were new releases at the time) and everyone loved it. These will be in small pots to start, daylight and some fluorescent back up, in soil, then 20L buckets, 400w sodium in 3.5ft x 2ft room. Here we go!

Signs of life.....
Just under 3 days later, they are all breaking soil- 3 for 3 , 100% germination, I will report back when they are standing to attention.

First of all thanks a lot for getting your outdoor grow thread started, you will find tons of help from myself plus the members here are super knowledgeable. No worries mr b , it is an honour to grow them. They will be grown indoor after a short period of natural light to get them started, and they are looking good... I will put a picture up later on.

One week on, and they are looking lovely and healthy. I topped up the pots with soil and gave them a water so I thought it would be appropriate to snap a picture.
Here they are: I aim to get them topped at least once before they go under the light. Happy growing!
