Used honey several times clones died, all of them
Used gel several times clones died Never used powder Only ever got clones to root using nothing but water, 2-3 weeks each time it worked This second time around I also used willow water. Added kelp meal let it brew for 48 hours Then after this solution is complete, I let my clones sit in a cup full of kelp willow solution for 48 hours Then put one in a pod left the other out in a shot glass by itself under 12/12 light it was perfectly healthy and began budding with absolutely zero roots The one I put in a pod did quite well after being soaked in the willow kelp and I also soaked the pod in the solution and used either plain phd water or a little bit of flora series if I had any left from watering other kids and the clone is still alive I have big plans for it. The one in the pod actually took closer to four weeks. I initially had her in the veg closet with 24/0 lighting for the first two to three weeks. Then I switched to 18/6 and she rooted in a week. My biggest problem this time around was definitely listening to the instructions that came with the pods and letting my bet light stay on non-stop. The cut needed darkness so I feel this next time around my clones will root faster with a 18/6 cycle all the way through |

I also collected pollen that same way haha, very safe and efficient.Yeah I believe the plants need the dark to build roots, I've kept mine under a 18/6 cycle and so far so good. Just having some issues with mold now. I guess I need to provide more air exchange in the drip-tray domes I made haha. |

Bubbler box is the way to go!
Normal tap water - not even ph'd, couple drops rooting hormone, airstones, 11w cool white cfl 18/6 few ml's seaweed extract after 3 days - voila! 10-14 days 95% success. p.s. don't move the box!! |

I wonder if aspirin and h2o2 react in solution.. would it oxidize the sallicylic acid in such small amounts ? (google came up with nothing, or I`m too high)
Anyone with a little more chem experience ? Was thinking of mixing small amounts of both for spraying/watering clones |
