GOT SOME SEEDS FROM THE DOCTOR A FEW WEEKS BACK. ONLY 3 OF 10 POPPED. WE ARE NOT NEW TO THIS AND HAVE A MUCH HIGHER SUCCESS RATE THAN 3/10. WHY DID THEY FAIL? IS IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE COMPLICATED GENETICS? OR ARE THEY JUST OLD?

THE THREE THAT DID SPROUT ARE DOING GREAT! CANT WAIT TO HAVE A NEW STRAIN AND ORGANIC ASWELL!! YUM YUM!

Put the 3 survivers in the flowering chamber to see who's who. Lets keep our fingers crossed that we have at least one mama. If not, Im gunna leave the lads in, and cross them with some Cali Mist, and White Widow we have on the go. I'm gunna have Soma genetics one way or another, even if they are slightly bastardised. Amethyst Mist, and Amethyst Widow. Sounds good to me!

Hooray! The three survivors are all Female!

All are back into veg and doing great! Supercropped two of them. And left the small one to catch up.

be carefull with your amounts of water. they look overwatered. lett them dry out .

Never grown it but i have smoked it and it was A+ colorful taisty dense bud, one of the best even better than somas lavander.

Just an update..
Let the three veg for a good few weeks. Now about 3 foot tall and 2 foot wide. Have them in flowering, and they are starting to stretch. Oh yeah, took a load of cutting but none rooted yet. Its still early days, and we are keeping our fingers crossed. At least we will have some kick ass weed for the winter.

Your the first person I have ever seen put pics up of Amethyst. The pics on Somas site look alot like purple kush. I'm sure the final product will be top notch, keep us updated.

So, this is what amethyst bud is like 7 weeks into flowering. Maybe 1% brown hairs. The smell is unreal!
