Well it was a hard week, a lot of work with the plants but they have been growing huge, so lets begin with the photos...

First, both CBD Critical Mass

This are Original Skunks #1

The first one seems to be a little bit bushy, at the beginning it was so fast, she developed a lot of leaves but now she became the smaller one compared with other plants... The second one is so much bigger, its internodes are more separated, and she eats more, but the smell is amazing, altought they're in veg...

This is how they look alltogheter sharing room with some other plants, both CBD CM and OS#1 are at the back (left) of the veg
Sooner they are going to be transplanted to a bigger pot so it will be perfect to put them to flower...

In the same room, there're some plants waiting to show their sex (there are possibly some Orange Bud and Destroyer males)
Males are important to breeding projects so I cant throw them away

And now, lets talk about the soil... I'm used to prepare the organic soil myself. Here in argentina its a little bit difficult to buy the soil prepared in a simple bag like you are used to do in europe, so its a little more complicated but fun
Anyway, I think that when you prepare the soil yourself, and you learn about adjusting PH, NPK levels,etc... you get a really nice formula to prepared it and its easier to know what is happening to the plants
The metabolism of the plants accelerates and its easier to know when you have to fertilise, or when you have to use some bioestimulant or when you've to do a root washing
If you prepare your soil, and you do it with organic things YOU WILL GET MUCH MORE RESIN AND FLAVOUR IN YOUR WEED, thats for sure... so if you have time and a little bit of desire, try it. You wont regret

HUMUS DE LOMBRIZ (behind is Haile Selassie I taking care of the plants)







And this is my container to mix all the ingredients.. I also use perlite and some others things like vermiculite, bone meal, fish meal, dolomite, mycorrhizas, etc... All of this compounds have differents NPK lvls or funcions to the soil, so its important to use them wisely...

Great garden & running.. You're right with the substrate, it's like everything, time Vs comfort.. never having the same taste a pre-cooked dish as a dish prepared by yourself..
