Gsc s1 #2, day 72 chop
End of the road for plant#2 at day 72. I wanted to let her go until the weekend but I won't be able to get to her then so I had bring her down today. She is mature and has been for about a week but she kept swelling so i didn't want to bother her. Anyhow, I realized how good my air scrubber is because I took this plant out to trim and she stunck up the house. She was very easy to trim and a pleasure to have her resin caked all over the scissors and the tips of my non gloved fingers...sweet candy like smell which really penetrates. Can't wait to burn some bud!

That Purple Kush is looking beefy. Be interesting to see if there's any grapey flavour in them mixing with the tropical fruits of the Jack.
Think the pictures of the Purple X freebie are also the first I've seen. How's the super fat cookies doing that you showed earlier? That one looked pretty special.. Or is that plant #2 above?

The purple freebies are a very vigorous cultivar whatever it may be. Much thinner leaved than I expected. Ill be smelling those soon to see what they bring on. The cookies I cut had bigger buds but the one still in flower has the rock hard buds with the closer node spacing which I feel may produce more but the flowers I believe are smaller/denser. Both are very different than anything in my room right now and am glad I got these when I had the chance. I have a couple of nugs I took off the pictured gsc above a few days before and dried them so I can have a quick taste beforehand...one of the few plants I can recall that has made me greedy for a taste. |

Gsc s1 #1, day 67 chop
Had to cut the other gsc s1 today. She was at day 67 of flower but I noticed a touch of mold on one of the inside buds and decided to not risk leaving her in the room. I won't be able to get to her in the next 5 day so down she came. I think she is far along to to get an idea of what she has to offer so I'm not too bummed. Problem is it has been an unbelievably humid/hot summer and i dont have air condioning in the room so my dense budded plants suffer. Anyhow, I have clones of both gsc plants and will be running them again with longer veg times. Here she is.

Purple kush #2x Jack 62 days
This is the second pk hybrid. She was a bit slower than the sister but she seems to lean towards the maternal side. The branching on this plant was excellent...thick, sturdy and angled. The flower set is also bigger and denser...buds are much heavier. Has a sweet spicy kush nose but I caught a whiff of the Jack. She came in about 6 days earlier than the sister which is always nice. Anyway here she is right before the chop. She started to color towards the end but she lived about 3/4 of her life in a very hot room during the summer.

Those Pk x Jack look great Jahaze, I particularly like the look of the #2, looks to be a good yeilder.
![]() Yes, I believe the shorter Cookies with the incredibly dense buds are the ones to look out for, my mrs tells me its her favourite smoke ever, very heavy and the taste is sweet and Moorish, if that's how you and your wife like it, you will be very happy. When I first tried the Cookie's, I was like, this ain't so bad, what's all the fuss about? But then I tried a fat one after letting it sit in the jar for a few month's.... And it totally stupefied me, ha ha, left me reeling.

thanks everyone for your positive vibes...so far I have two plants that are worthy of a second run but I'm still waiting on the two purple x hybrids and the recent PK#2 to be smoked and commented on. One of the cookies is nothing short of spectacular. Super strong and super tasty with great effect.

Loving that PK x Jack!! Kinda classically kush like. Looking forward to hearing what you think on all of them.
Was lucky enough to have to some very finely grown cooks from this line. Was pretty strong for me but quite a lush taste. How the Purple X turning out?
