Terpene profiles high in limonene are excellent for calming the anxiety, while still allowing useful/healing introspection.
Hmm interesting.. Do you know some strains that have high limousine?

It helps me for certain. Sometimes the 'trippy' stuff makes anxiety worse (for awhile) until the confusing time-warp effects stop. It helps with pain, stress/anxiety, insomnia, intestinal inflammation/pain (if eaten), etc. If I smoke it my lungs are noticeably clearer (more open to take in more air).

When I started toking after moving to my current home, I noticed a very unusual 'happiness' when toking that I haven't felt for many years. Happiness and joy can be fleeting things and if missing for such a long time, that feeling of happiness, joy and contentment is a very welcome experience.

Cannabis is an amplifier, good or bad, and modern life is not really what we're made for, physically.
Our body and mind can't tell the difference between facing a tiger and tooo much stress at work/partner/life in general and it's hard to thrive for a human being with tigers all around.
In my opinion, in the end all anxiety issues come from too much stress of the mind. I don't think anyone, even the craziest workaholic manager dude, works too much, it's about how YOU percieve things and what YOU make of your surroundings and how YOU let it get to you.
A good dose of "i don't care" has helped wonders (not in an antisocial way).
If you're too far down the road of stress and fear and panic attacks, try meditation, deep breathing, it helps lots. Let go and stop being a control freak. You're not in control of much after all. Accept it and enjoy the ride on this rock in space and time.

Limonene tastes and smells like lemons. The more lemony, the greater the anti-anxiety effect.

I am of a modern-thinking type of doctors. If my patient feels gloomy and depressed, if he has got some sort of anxiety, then I say that CBD and anxiety are things not correlating to each other. It's a good alternative for well-known Prozac and I firmly believe that this treatment can work fine.

Cannabis, specifically Indica types, really helps alleviate stress and anxiety for me. I have chronic insomnia and it has been the most effective thing for treating it.
