I just looked on the Seedsman site and the pictures are not even there anymore, so i'm not sure why this is even being brought back up.

Nobody in this entire thread said this was your fault, it was only stated that it was a bad way of handling it, in fact it was the other way around and blamed on Seedsman for pictures sent to them by the breeder. Sounds to me like you need to contact French Touch.

Hey "guy".. The photos shown in the first post were deleted early yesterday.

1- Seedsman IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for photos provided by breeders
2- Seedsman only manages own photos for his own strains
3- Seedsman does not search or use photos from google, forums or other site. Because I am responsible for providing this content for the brand SEEDSMAN breeder
4- Seedsman CAN NOT KNOW the actual origin of the photos that the other breeders offer us to describe their strains.
5- Seedsman will always move in favor of the person who is providing reliable evidence.

I am not going to apologize publicly because IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, WE HAVE NOT STOLEN PHOTOS. That accusation is very serious, and WE HAVE GIVEN OUR VERSION and if you continue with that FALSE accusation, I WILL DELETE this thread so insulting and harmful !!

Now if you want, you show us the photos that are your property and we will eliminate them completely. Thank you for your collaboration.

Guess what, if they are hosted on your server, you are responsible for them. Yell all you want, point the finger where ever you want, you are still wrong. If you don't want to take responsibility for the images from someone else, maybe you should link to them and not host the images.

Thanks for your offer King.. There is no problem with them claiming their photos, for me it is very understandable, what I did not like are the forms accusing us of thieves with a very injurious title, even insisting after giving our version of the facts. Otherwise we have no problem with it, nothing to hide.. Proud of our work!!

You are wrong, our responsibility begins when we are aware of this fact, NEVER BEFORE. We take responsibility for the removal from the first minute that we are aware of this. We can not be responsible for something that we do not know.
