For the record, I don't give a crap that someone selling seeds stole some images from a public forum. I had my images taken back in the day, and used on a much more commercial website than some seed seller. I got a kick out of it, and considered it bragging rights.

If you post it up in an online contest, attempting to win a prize, then you've pretty much granted that company use of your image in their marketing efforts.

Seedsman should ask permission to use images.

They do not have the right to take any image from ICMag unless they've clearly said they would for a contest/grow whatever...

BTW, most breeders have no problem with vendors using their images, so long as they are profiting from it too.

As I thought and said in a previous comment, I have confirmed that these photos are provided by the breeders, Seedsman is not responsible for errors and / or problem with these photos, as it is impossible for us to verify their precedence. Anyway we will clarify the origin of these photos with the breeder, in addition to removing those photos from our website. Also say that it is very aggressive to make a thread with a title as incendiary as this, so I have decided to change it to a more correct form. Making such accusations without speaking to those involved shows a total lack of ethics on your part, perhaps you should consider who has had less ethics here.. Wishing it all be solved soon.. happy weekend!!

Someone here is being shady. Unless the OP is shown to have some motive for lying, it appears FTS or Seedsman are the culprit. I will be following along and hoping to see a resolution.

No mate.. Seedsman not resposible... Seedsman put images provided by the breeder at the time of the release of their seeds. They could have changed the photos at another time or simply keep best pics for themselves , or whatever they do, but these photos are provided by the Breeders ... SEEDSMAN only works with own content for Seedsman strains...

Seedsman and J TricH are legit. J TricH just came by and basically resolved the entire problem within a few posts. Great job man, you're always on top of things.

As far as I'm concerned I would be honored for a top breeder such as Seedsman to use my pictures if they see fit. Everyone has their own opinions. Mustafunk is a well respected grower and surely everything will be good again. Remember we all love this site and community. It's times like this we need to come together instead . Happy growing and stay safe.

Thanks mate, really I would have taken much less to answer, but I have just been 3 days ofline without computer .. thank god today I received the new one and I have been able to see this. Now my answer is a little hidden behind a lot of comments... I myself, as holder of hundreds of photos on internet (outside the brand seedsman) I know and I have experienced first hand this problem.. That is why I am the first to respect the work of others. I would never post a photo that is not mine without asking permission first.
