Nasty stuff.
The event was basically a concert for young children and teenagers.... the arsehole knew who he was targeting- defenceless kids. Im not religious, but I'm pretty sure that goes against the teachings of all religions?

Jus' Found out. A girl I use to know and her daughter was at the Concert , also they were video Captured running out amongst the crowd!
