question abaout if its legal....
Hello at all! I'm m from Austria Europe. In Austria are hemp/cannabis clones and seeds are legal. You dont need a licence or anything to keep a plant, it only has to be in the vegetativ phase. When your are going to let the plant bloom, it becomes illegal, at the moment when the plant producec more then 0.2% THC. now my question, would it be legal to send seeds, or clones from Colorado to Austria?
