In legal terms, its to apply and SUBMIT. You think thats gonna be free to do? Remember, this is only Fed regs.Once provincial regs overlay, there will be a whole other dimension to this. You will need both Federal and Provincial approval. Those approvals will only come after LARGE fees paid to apply and submit. Those fees will be used to hire inspectors en masses and have them going door to door on their lists inspecting what you are doing. The idea is to make home growing so onerous and expensive that it pushes those folks into purchasing from Lps. This is about squeezing the smoker now for all its worth. If you smoke weed in this country, you are going to pay them to do so or they putting you in a cage. These are fucn liberals for Christ sake. they would put you in jail for not taking out your recycling and speech that hurts folks feeling. You dont think there will be a whole new body of enforcement driving around in little green cars with sirens whos sole mandate is the inspection of these personal and Lp grows who are financed by the fees you pay to be "authorized? A police officer takes a constitutional oath to protect you and your property which is law , and the common law stands above all acts made or created by parliament.
