Imo you need to keep them clean from the jump, as in every time you use them,, each one pulled rinse and wash it right away,

Id say try to hand scrub it clean with real cold water, but interested in what others have to say............

Clean each bag as soon as you collect the glands. The only way I know of to clean after the glands have hardened on the bags as yours shows is to place them in a bucket with alcohol to put the glands into a solvent state and then wash with very cold water and then rinse really well. It's a pain to have to do it this way but it's the only thing I would suggest at this point.

just put your bags in ice cold water, let it sit for 10-15min then rub the screen together.

you should be able to get your screens clean that way.
HOWEVER FROM NOW ON. Rinse them with cold water as soon as you have finished using them.
otherwise you are only cheating yourself.

I've read that alcohol and a toothbrush will do wonders for really bad bags. I've never tried it, I'm a little concerned that the alcohol may dissolve the thread or something.

Now - you've been told - rinse them suckers.

yeah this is what i have written in the past keefhead, when i was in jamaica one year, i came back to find my twenty gallons bags, beyond abused. They looked worse than the bag buddy has posted in this thread.
anyway, i had to stretch the bags over a large drum, and basicaly with a toothbrush and alcohol, slowly clean all the resin off the screens. i would try the freezer method first, and see how much you can get off that way. but i suspect with how bad that is, you will need a toothbrush and some alcohol.
just stay away from the edges with the alcohol as the thread is what can be damaged over time , not so much the bag or screen.

peace
