Not to continue beating this dead horse...but I agree with Chimera 100%.
Since in this new ACMPR program...the licenses to pocess and the licenses produce(DG or Self) are back dated to the medical documents signing date and they are not dated at the end or completion of the application process(as it was done in the past with repealed MMAR program). I would venture to say...if you anticipate no problems in your application process(And there should be no problems for anyone in the application process...ever!!...you got a signature from your MD, your good to go...PERIOD!!). That from the time your doctor signs and dates your medical document...you are legal to produce your medical MJ, fully at the rate indicated by your medical professionals prescribed daily amount on that signed medical document. Using HC'S ratio...Number of gram per day x 4.9 plants = your plant limit(Of course remembering to round down on the decimal point...Example: 10 grams/day=49 plants). Now all that being said...If the police raided after the date on the medical document, in essence, exposing my private medical treatment and grow for the whole world to see and know about, making it apsolutely imposible to keep my family and my medicine safe ever again at my own home. It would be my duty, as well as the duty of everyone ever put in the same situation, to sue any and all involved in the violation of our rights garrentee'd by the Canadian Charter of Rights, and to sue any and all that violated my Doctor patient confidentiality by exposing my treatment of growing and using medical MJ...TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW...this is the only way LEO ever learns to never do it again...wheather its to me or any other Canadian citizen. Peace...B |

Shhhhhh! Just grow it, I'll be renewing soon and I will not wait for the government to say go! I'm a sick man, and there ain't nobody but my doctor or neurologist going to stop me from producing my own medicine. Even then I don't give a shit. Sorry! I'm done with narcotics!

Anyone know if you are allowed to take the forms into an office, and submit them in person? or does it have to be mailed to the address provided?
ps. if you talk to your family doctor they should have no reason to sign for you. they are looking after your health and quality of life, i told my doc that ive been smoking it my whole life and id prefer to do it myself so i know exactly what im getting. he said no problem, and signed 10 a day. now to get it to hc and know they received it would be great lol |

Yeah I don't believe that really matters...
I sent documentation into one of the tax centers in March of last year. It arrived there 2 business days later, and was finally opened and processed 10 months later.... Yeah its revenue Canada VS HC, but same monster. Just saying. Not to say some aren't lost in transit but I don't think that is where the issue is. |

Yeah, my wife got overpaid EI while on maternity leave, and had to pay back close to $1000. One part of the system got it, but we still got calls for another month talking about collections etc. Fed Gov is such a joke, who'd want to actually work if you likely won't get paid?
