Greenhouse 100x30 Grow

Hey guys I'm from Florida and have been doing my thing here for a few years and currently am setting up to move to Oregon/Josephine County. I just started talking to an investor that is considering financing the venture keeping my fingers crossed
So this is what I am planning:

60,000 Sq Ft EFU Property with 3 phase power and unlimited power

13 - 100x30 "Emerald Kingdom" Automated Light Dep System each with
- 32,000 Watt HID Lighting
- Two 36" Exhaust Vented exhaust fans on Temp Control
- Eight 12" Circulating Fans on Temp Control
- Six 14" Can Max Fans "Fresh Air Intakes" on Temp Control
- One 31,000 BTU Thermal Heater on Temp Control
- Two 210 Pint Dehum on Humi Control
- Nine 325 Gallon Tanks "Plumbed In Tantem" 2,925 Gallons
- One 1 Hp Water Pump for Drip

5 - 40x8 Shipping Containers "Drying Rooms" insulated and each with
- 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi Mini Spilt Cooling/Heating Units
- Two Pedestal Fans
- One 70 Pint Dehum on Humi Control
- Custom Screen Drying Trays

Growing Inside Each 12 0f 13 Greenhouses:
- Two Hundred Fifty 10 Gallon Smart Pots "Not Sure Of Strains"
- Vegging For 2 Months 24/0
- Feeding 4 Times Daliy Every 6 Hrs for 10 mins

Growing Inside 13 Greenhouse:
This is going to be my baby greenhouse for clones so I can have a harvest every 4 months

Going to Use House & Garden Full Line " I have used them for a while and love it but they are pricey especially for a grow this size"

I'm so stoked about this hoping that guy goes through with it Its going to take a pile of money for this venture but we are talking returns in the six figures and I get to do something I love and sleep at night lol.

Thanks for reading guys

Go big or go home lol. Planning on starting 2 houses at a time get them running and then start on the others once we crop the first 2 that way the investment doesnt hurt that bad lol

I am thinking I can do it with 6 guys + Myself full time.

I also think there are still good trust worthy people out there just have to do right by them, but there is going to be cameras/alarms on every inch of property so if they wanna steal they will be dealt with lol

I am hoping the investor comes through sooner than later alot of work ahead but he is still on fence

One pump servicing nine tanks:thirteen greenhouses would be a little restrictive I think. Not in terms of power/pressure but in terms of availability. You may want to run different sets of tanks at the same time (or on different cycles concurrently) and the one open channel might limit you if wanting to run side by sides over a few weeks, for example. Just a thought.

It's time for a revolution, but probably not in the terms that people imagine it. The word conjures up images of— a modern day version of peasants going into the street with their pitch forks to go after the bad guy who lives in a big house and we're gonna get that son-of-a-bitch and we'll take all the stuff from him and we'll give it to the workers. That's not the kind of revolution I had in mind. I thought that it might be nice if it was handled a little bit more modern and efficient way, without people getting slaughtered. It's a matter of infiltration…The people who are in control of the media, the government that run the lives of the average person in the street. They aren't doing a good job 'cause they don't really care. The potential is there in the younger generation. Right now they’re not really interested. Their political involvement is on a very superficial basis. They go out for the social aspects of a march or a rally rather than for what it could possibly accomplish. -FZ

good luck... You're gonna need a rec growers permit to do a grow that big... That can be tricky. You can't just expect to cowboy that many plants and just get away with it.... it's not a free-for-all in oregon... you can do 48 plants medical tops but rec is different... they have a seed to sale tracking system as well... Josephine is the place to be but if you get a complaint they can fuck things up for you big time... have you actually been out there, spent time there?? Josephine is like humboldt but in Oregon. It is way more chill than humboldt though and the enforcement of code is all complaint-driven but it just takes one jealous asshole... this sounds like an ambitious project you have thought up but you might wanna spend time working on a grow of that scale in Oregon before you jump in like this...

This is def going to be Rec. grow I have guy with two acres that is going to rent me EFU property he is growing Rec on other land on same property

Rec Tier 2 says 40,000 sq ft of growing so why not use it

I could careless if some jealous duche wants to slip at the lip as long as everything is legit with state let them hate.

I havent been there yet but have been talking with the land owner he is from my area too and he has been explaining everything to me. Waiting on investor to pony up so we can go up there and start the process with licenses and what not

I would love to go and grow for someone but not an hourly rate I get 18hr here why would I move my family for that somewhere else you feel me

Generally when you work for a grower/investor/landowner as their main caretaker you get a percentage of the final crop/ profits. You can't easily move all of the herb in Oregon, it's FLOODED. Lot's of people only want to pay $1000/ pound.Good luck moving 100's of packs in state to legit outlets, it's pretty much not gonna happen. The dispensaries already have their people they work with and those people are literally sitting on stockpiles right now, there is literally too much weed to sell in Oregon. You obviously know what to do with the herb when it comes down to it... we all know they pay a premium down south, just make sure you know what you're doing.. You should really get into reading the laws instead of going by what the dude with the land say's. I'm not trying to come off as a dick or burst your bubble this is just all stuff I was recently looking in to and have an inside scoop on. I know quite a few people in the Oregon and California grow scene and have worked on properties in both places. You really want to talk to a cannabis business lawyer more than anything for this kind of stuff.
