Just regular homeless folks. They stumbled on a location, but they did not want a home, so they strung together a few lights they found in the trash.

Now that's a grass job for sure.
Sweet spot, someone's pissed. That's what you get for hiring 15 year olds For million pound grows. They also got done for people smuggling, so most likely Vietnamese. (although no names given)

Probably not a grass job, electricity company most likely were involved as that took quite a bit of juice to run.
