Dirt looks dry plants look thirsty. If you let soil dry out you will cause all sorts of problems with roots.

also i have plants that are in soil, been a coco grower for a long time. tried ff, crap, if your cheap like me and want spectacular results still i recommend dr. earth brand potting soil for tomatoes and vegetables. hands down better soil than ff and its omri certified which ffof isnt. also use the same fertilizer tomatoe and vegetable, both together is good shit. i also amend with lime and soft rock phosphate, tappin roots brand. my plants i also had in ffof showed problems thats why i gave op my personal advice. oh yeah, i use tap water

this plant was grown with dr. earth, homedepot brand. GG#5

PEACE!

I agree with this.
Smart pots have their own learning curve to get over.

I agree also looks like thirsty plants to me.Also I cant say enough about using an R/O filter,it was a game changer for me.The amount of calcium in my tapwater was locking out magnesium. My dogs water bowl would be calcified in a weeks time

I'm using only FF OF mixed with 15% perlite. 1.5 months into veg and just flipped to flower yesterday. 6 plants under 1 600 watt light with an area of about 4' x 4.5'.

Not a single sign of wilting or deficiency here. I seriously doubt plants that small are lacking anything they can't get from straight Fox Farms Ocean Forest.

At the same time, I'm not a professional(yet) so take what I say with a grain of salt.

To me, your symptoms are very similar to my own when I was using my garbage tap water, way to hard and loaded with chlorine. It also looks like you have a hint of erratic watering.

Make sure you are using reverse osmosis, spring or distilled water. Cannabis also like to be more towards the dry side before watering so error on the side of under watering opposed to overwatering. rule of thumb for me is if you can stick your index finger in to the halfway point between your first and second knuckle and not feel dampness it's time to water. From there simply feeling the weight of the container once you have more experience.
I use RO water and I feed water when I stick my water in and feel no dampness
