I am using tap but it's around 150ppms so I thought it was safe to use. Was told by many to stay away from r/o and coco, that tap was better.

What your saying makes sense though! So I wonder...

I have a fire og that's giving me problems, I have read many people having issues and saying that calmag solves the issues. I think otherwise. Calmag seems to be a quick patch for a problem that I want gone.

Wow bro I have heard many things in the forums but to stay away from R/O water that tap is better is a new one to me!My tap down here in sunny Fla is worse than yours,usually 350-400 PPM and a lot of that calcium,but 150 PPM can be bad too depending on what it is.Your plants look like mine used to look,yellowing at the edges of the older leaves.Mag is mobile and it will move to the newer leaves if not corrected.With R/O starting at 5PPM or less,you call the shots as to exactly what you hydrate your plants with,its liquid empowerment lol.I don't know why you think calmag is crap Waxi,it is what it is and does what its supposed to do.Looking at your lower leaves I would say its a mag deficiency with little doubt and hit it with the Epsom before it spreads up your plants.Consider R/O in the future you wont be disappointed,I sure wasn't.I am sure someone will tell me why R/O is bad newsand tapwater good and am anxious to hear why.I can tell you in my case is certainly wasnt
