Feeding schedule for 3 week old clones?

Into my 4th week from clones. Plants are about 12" tall, kinda spiny (environment not great, temp ok but hum is at 30%) and feeding nutes GH Flora 3 part series. Should I feed nutes whenever it needs water or should I give it a break once in a while and just add plain PH'd water? I don't want to over or under feed. Media is Pro Mix if that's important. tks

30% okay if they're strains and temp doesn't waver more than 63-78 or so they can benefit from the extra light depending on what light you have.
I have my 1000W HPS at 2 feet since seedling and one my Lions Milk Kills the crowd, but most are pretty thick except for a couple males like my Chem Kesey and love triangle. But they otherwise thrive. I didn't get 60%RH til their third week held down correctly I would be at 30% but all the rain in SoCal has been great to remedy that with my humidifier. I feed on a two times a week time frame at 1/2 strength fox farms trio. I even have lady bugs getting loaded here's a couple shots of the garden
