I've been looking at these too. Think I'm going to order two vyprx plus this weekend. Slightly more output then the spydr and little more wattage. The avg umol is higher then spydr too.

I was looking to get those ursa lights by starlight, but with no real grow pics and pre-orders not shipping i started looking at spydr+. The vyprx+ is where it's at if you're not going vert, straight beast mode and real life proof (if you look around youtube) of plants being grown well with these units. looking to get 3 for 4x8 coverage for an average of 950μmol/m2/s and if i add another vyprx+ it goes to average of 1400μmol/m2/s . Lots of up from cheddar but only $90 month electric with 3 lights, passive cooling and no A/C, seems too good to be true lol.

Great technical detail in those specs but they're lacking the two benchmarks you need to compare them with Fluence's output: total PAR and PAR/J

just ordered 3 units of the spyderx plus only for flowering. I use a MH 600w byulb for veg.
I would of have went with a few units of the Amare or the CX420 but height restriction was the main reason for purchasing these units. Working in 8ft space on flood table space is a serious limitation. |

I think I'm sold on the vyprx+ units, passive cooling, each unit covers 4x3 area

Also, been working on changing the rez to a shorter, wider one with more volume I had a bit of a pH issue which burned the shade leafs
