Hey people! After 2 month I arrived my order! Wow! I waited so long (from 9 February)
only They confused the seeds and instead of "Sssdh" from Connoisseur Genetics, they sent me "Sssdh" but from Reservoir seeds ...I'm happy anyway. Regards

Did you pay for the seeds?
Rez SSSDH is a freebie because they're old stock... Ask for your CSG gear to be sent. |

I want to defend Seedbay because they have been taking a lot of flak lately.
I too was getting a bit impatient with them, because they weren't replying. But in the end they always come thru. Please be patient as everyone has their off days. Seedbay is and always has been trustworthy.

I also have been waiting since the 20th of march for my order to be delivered. I have messaged the correct person but with no reply as of yet.I would also add this is my first and very last order I will be making with seedbay as I don't feel the customer service comes close to many other seedbanks out there.
If they have been posted then great but it would of at least been nice to know whats going on with the order as after all it is our hard earned cash. :( |

I actually got fast service from seedbay fairly recently ( four months ago). no messages, fast delivery.

All I would like is a simple e-mail stating when I should be expecting my order to arrive. I don't think that's too hard to ask. I've e-mailed (old pink) no reply as of yet! Been nearly 3 weeks since payment confirmed!
Plz can somebody at least do that for me or how do I go about getting a refund? |
