I know he was just busted. I was thinking hopefully if OG bub has a second since he's still posting he might be able to tell us just alittle about his haze. There's descriptions for all his other strains but the haze no one asked about, so there isn't a description.

as for seedsmans Original Haze... I dont have exp with it.. It could be an Inbred line of a pheno from the actual original haze line.. that would however then not be original haze, it would be an inbred Haze pheno.. as Haze is a Hybrid of atleast a few Landrace lines. several variances could be observed in haze of earlier years (original haze)
as I ment by saying its less original if its farther removed.

My works in it, I bred in towards the purple pheno, and earlier bloom.. HillTemple Haze is 4th generation, and far removed from an expression of original haze, better represenative of "purple Haze" or the 'colombian pheno'.

male effect in potency/offspring:
when using the multiple male tech as I described, potency variance observed in female offspring, from different fathers is noticable, how profoundly will depend greatly on:
-stability of the Father line
-the use of fathers from the same line
-the use of fathers from different lines

yes, Ive decided one line over the other using this tech.. however I appreciate the results more inbreeding allready quite inbred lines... to retain that goodness people often feel gets rubbed out, or could have been overlooked by a lesser selection process.

yes its the same plant.

She was put in the ground at about 1.5ft tall, she finished at about 7-8ft.. topped every two weeks thru the summer, yeilded about 12 ounces if I recall.

was the last haze plant I grew...

you guys are saying that it is a 10 week haze? sounds short to me. you also say it is from a purple columbian pheno, like purple haze(that supposedly doesn't exist). what is the ratio that will show this "purple" pheno?

Sam gave positronics a haze and they crossed it with a purple # 1 to get their purple haze

Sams also said on these boards somewhere original haze is the pure haze but its probably F10 by now. if u go thru 10 packs u will find the pheno u want

as my good buddy Goldking says, plants turned with temps are not true purple plants. you can get color with certain nutes as well.

a purple haze plant is purple with normal growin temps, a true PHaze. its said that the columbian used in the haze is responsible for the PHaze phenotype.

havent seen um pop outta the ground purple, for me they dont purple till late in flower. to me it seems they purple with the light, as the lower parts of the plant not gettin light remain green., but once exposed to the light they purp right up. prolly do the same with the sun outdoors.

anyway i been lookin for the elusive purp gal with the power, all i can say is, grow a bunch of haze beans, she dont seem to come around very often.

check out Ace seeds, they have a old school haze line, there doin preservation work with it. original beans had been sittin around since the 70s, they have gotten some nice color in there plants.

Purple Haze is real, and its possible to find um in a Haze line, in my experience with it, its not that hard to find a purple plant, but most times the green plant next to it is better.

findin the potent purple plant is why its so hard to get one. there few and far between, as in i dont have one, lol.

I'm pretty sure Bub used Tom Hill's purple pheno of Original Haze in this cross. I remember he was working with it back in the day. It is A purple haze, but come on, everyone knows purple haze is LSD. Man Tom Hill used to have some awesome pictures of that plant on OG. Oh well.
