High folks..

sorry I anit been around this last week.... I just got out of Jail.

40+ plants seized.. aswell as a "black trash bag full of MJ", Grow rooms gone.. breeding parets and seedlines, the Gardens are now empty.. the HTC seed stock has been seized.
Nearly every bit of seedwork I have done in the last 8 yrs, is now gone...

My property and gardens raided. everything taken..

Bail/Bond was substantial...

I dont know what else to say..
I dont know what will come of all this for the future of HTC..

I will update with info as I get it. Ive opted for a Jury trial and pled Not Guilty on all 3 felony counts, and waived my right to a speedy trial..
the charges each carry a maximum of 5 yrs imprisonment, and 10,000 dollar fine.

I cant realy say what led up to the raid right now, but it was behind an outside source.. may we say a "tip"... When Im confident their identity, be shure, it will be known..

sorry guys/gals... I tried to be above this shit.... its a dangerous world, and I walked a fine line to pursue a passion, that we all share.. aswell as the risks..

Try not to let it get you down man. I experienced a sililiar shut down from a fire and had several cops and fire dudes in my room-not pleasent. Fortunately we have Medmj here and the cops were cool. Needless to say two years later and the breeding grows on. Time will go fast and you will come back twice as hard next time. Good luck,

OG bub, hello man, i am sorry to hear these sad news, it is insane to think a human being's freedom and life-time work can be taken away by the "law" in such an arbitrary way for cultivating a plant of our beautiful natural world!
the best of lucks from south america for your trial; don't let them get you, you are not a criminal and the jury may understand that, i hope they do and illuminate themselves by realizing this.

but think about it, he didnt just loose hybrids, where talkin about ibl's no one had. the pakistani, the nepalese, sunshine, DC (avail only through him as of now), and the famous skunk. so, he isnt really just starting from rock bottom, more like a pit.
