Leaves getting more yellow gold brown spots

I have a few plants vegging in coco. I have watered them 2 times with g&h nutes adjusted for coco 6/9. I watered them one time with cal mag but was told tap water should be fine without the added cal mag. A few plants have yellow brown spots one plant its spreading.

Looks a little like a calcium deficiency. Tap water will depend on where you are. Did you use cal mag before or after you saw those leaves as the newer leaves look better? Coco does need some cal mag due to the way it locks it in

I've been using 5.8-6.0 ph
I used 1ml cal mag in a gallon of water before I saw those spots, then they appeared right after.

My other plants have slight discoloration on the leaves also. I diluted the nutes 1/6th when I added cal mag.

Came home from work and the plant in the first pic, the leaves were looking a lot more dead cracking and growing holes. I watered it and added some cal mag hopefully that's the issue.

Unlike nitrogen, calcium doesn't move fast into the plant.

So some damage may never recover. The main thing is that new leaves are nice and get better.

I don't think that's what magnesium deficiency looks like. Mg def usually shows as yellowing between veins, not spotting.

Could it be root rot? I made some Hempy pots and drilled a hole 1 inch from the bottom. When I watered the plants the water ran out the sides of the bottom of the pot and the hole I drilled. The bottoms of my pots had plastic caps that locked into the drain holes in the bottom of the pot. I removed them and found pools of water? I kept the caps off which cover the drain holes in the bottom of the pot. Thinking the roots were always siting in water. I had a new plant start wilting and it looked similar to root rot pictures. Thanks for the help
