If you are in the US (i am in the UK btw) and you were asking if you should use a VPN to downloads torrents, i would say yes, there is clearly peopel actviely looking for people who download via torrents and taking action against them.

To use a weed forum, i would say no, there simply isnt any appetitie to trace and prosectue people via forums. It just isnt happening.

A lot of the data the US goverment is collecting comes via comprimised switches https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=co...cisco+switches. I guarantee the switches at the VPN are comprmised too, the encryption has been broken long ago, and if there was an appetite to find and prosecute people via growing forums, they would go after the bigger growers and a VPN probably wouldnt protect you.

Basically nothing to do with a deep investigation, lack of writing, schedule, particularities in the sensor of a camera or in the optics, the unique footprint of the browser, patterns in the language.

It is impossible to live normally without mistakes, it is incompatible with modern life. Permanently in tension. One serious disadvantage compared to others.

And you go with your friends and all have a smartphone and someone make photos and associate your face with a name. The people talks without scruples. If you do not make a mistake, the rest will do it.

The truth is that we are not a threat. Especially in comparison. Maybe a stone in the shoe.
