These peat pucks I used suck. I said last time I would never use them again and I got lazy and used them again. They are too stiff and the roots have a hard time with it. The Lowryder #2 seed was not able to turn itself around and the tap root was sticking out of the top. I had to do emergency surgery to flip it around. It seems to be ok, but a bit behind.

Lowryder #1 as well as the others were planted into the two gallon fabric pots. The pots were filled with 2:1 fresh to recycled soil. The peat pucks had their fabric ripped off and gently loosened a bit before being buried in the soil. They were then watered in with RO water and lactobacillus culture.

It worked out well only have seven seeds germinate as I don't think I could fit any more without blocking my intakes on the ground. They are Seedsman Lowryder #1, Delicious The Devil #1, Samsara Ultraviolet #1, and Delicious La Diva. Here they are basking under the LEDs. They are all the way up and only half the panel is turned on.

The Seedsman Lowryder is finally starting to grow. I've had a bit of trouble getting them to adjust to the bright lights and watering properly in such large pots. They are adjusting now.

The others are doing well too. The soil was too hot, the lights were too bright and they were under watered. Now they are getting bigger and watering will be easier.

I've personally had better luck germinating in tap water versus RO. Not sure why but I can leave the seeds in there for longer if they're not opening up fast enough.

Now that you mention it, this is the first time using RO to germinate. Thanks for the tip

Such a beautiful, clean, and efficient little cab man. Super small, and powerful.

Leds are mind blowingly amazing, its a shame a lot of people haven't caught on since the 2nd, and 3rd gen improvements to LEDs.

I'm kinda regretting not going for the Lowryder reg mix in place of Power Africa. I went for Jack Herer, African Buzz, and Power Africa. The Lowryder woulda been a perfect mix to go with my AutoHaze, and Auto SourD stuff I have. cant wait to see the updates in a couple weeks when them things start to blast off!

J TricH has completed 1 grow reports. Click to see my Grow Reports
I also always germinating with tap water (0.8 EC hard water) only adjust PH to 6.2 ... sometimes with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide .. but 2 years ago for several crops I was using RO water ... and casually I had some problem That at that time I blaming a possible failure of the meter Ph .. Now seeing the comment of GastroGrower now I have to think.. Thanks mates!!

Thank you. This cabinet was the first one I built and this would be the sixth grow in it. It's a decent size and usually yields 3-4 oz. each cycle.

It makes sense, I bet the extra Calcium and Magnesium are helping. Next time tap water!

The Lowryder is looking good. They got a decent watering a few days ago while still getting a couple of ounces each day. Now that they are getting bigger, I've turned the lights on all the way. The other Lowryder is odd, it has cotyledons but no leaves are coming out. I can't really see anything, I doubt that one will make it.

Here are the rest of the autoflowers just chilling and growing. The Lowryder is front left.

It looks like this Lowryder is going to be male. I haven't decided what to do with him. For now, he stays where he is. I definitely want to collect some pollen off of him. Poor males rarely get to flower out completely.

This is that odd Lowryder that never formed any leaves. I've never seen that before. I wonder how long the tap root is?

Here are the rest of the autoflowers. I would be set on seeds for quite a while if I fully seeded them.
