Multi-room Drip Irrigation System Help
I have 3 two story rooms, 20' x 40'. Each room has 6, 6' x 18' benches, each holding roughly 100 1 gal pots. Questions are:
should I send water from a 5000 gal tank to a booster pump, and then to one or multiple pressure tanks? (we have to truck water) From there should I use separate reservoirs to mix nutrients? or nutrient injection? and what're best practices for injection |

You can cycle more with individual resiviours or direct inject... cost goes up so if initial set up might be worth spending the money on your grid and drip set up then add more res and pumps later...
100 plants isn't to many. So you pump costs godown if you do onegrid at a time... if was me I'd probably go one resperroom and use a good control to pressurize each grid separate and feed multi times a day. Never done direct inject myself but if you trucking water I don't know if I see the same Benifits as on municipal. |
