New to growing and coco take a look at what I have going
I'm new to growing and decided to start with tupur a mix of coco, perlite, forest materials, and crushed basalt. I started these plants from seed not sure if there females. It has been 10 days under 8 t5's, I have watered them 4 times 1 time wasn't till run off just a light watering. I've only watered 1 time with nutes 1/6th strength gh 6micro+9bloom and a little cal mag. 5.9ph 300ppm. I'm using Hempy buckets watering till run off when the pots finally feel dry. I'm starting to see a slight blue purple tint on a few leaves? The strains are different but both plants have this blue purple tint. i just got a temp gauge reading 70s 80s depending where I put it. I'm new to this site I attached pictures. I also attached a few close up pictures, wondering if it's too early to tell sex? I've read about taking them into flower to see if there male....just wondering if anyone can tell from the pictures.
Thanks! |

More plants get messed up by loving them to death than die of neglect

Hopefully your right and I have some females! Here's an update. My friend told me I needed to raise my t5's, they were 7/8 inches from my plants and my plants weren't getting taller. I raised the lights 2 days ago. I just watered them for the 2nd time with nutes. One of the plants is really bushy. When I planted the sprouted seeds I did put them over an inch deep in the coco mistakenly.
