Do you need a license to sell CBD?
Hey all,
Wondering if it was legal to sell CBD flower/concentrate in the US without a license. Any links to official legal websites? Thanks! |

You can grow with proper permits you dont need licencing. A contract through department of agriculture helps. The problem is once you grow the plants they need to be processed then extracted by a lab you hire. Then the extraction needs to be sold to a consumer and you need to find them as an independent. Its a true hassle and i would steer you away honestly. Agriculture is trying to take that over as a cash crop industry unfortunately
