Thanks Pack I have a northern lights X big bud supposed to be 1% cbd Its a mild buzz and not very energetic so not my favorite I eat naproxin that helps best I can get liquid cbd over the counter now in Ky but the one I tried was during a stormy time so I can't really compare the effect to any thing else. My malady is migratory arthritis so it moves around. Immune related I think so a lot of time the pain just quits or changes knees or joints. the zero dark thirty sounds great I just started a white skunk by LBL third day in wet mix and already 7 of 10 standing upI'm guessing the cbd comes from the zero dark and not the long bottom leaf.
Fiddy you will love having walls and a high ceiling and room to move around while upright. And having the GangaBang tent for pollen chuckin thats just gravy I am thinking of following your lead and getting out my old tent. to f2 some mexican sativas. those gold and oxaha seeds from Bodhi are burning a hole in my stash bag wanting out into the dirt. ![]()

I hope you had a good weekend! It was a nice early spring weekend here (45 and sunny) and I got some fun outdoor activities in including a round of disc at my muddy local course and a round at a new course that I hadent played at before. I got a lot of stuff done in the garden as well and around the house. I was able to start going back to the gym on Saturday and doing some light cardio on the bike and elliptical. It felt like spring was here to stay, so nice and sunny last weekend but then temps dropped yesterday and we got a couple inches of snow last night it's right back to winter. I had been riding the motorcycle everywhere for the last week or so I guess I have to dig the car out of the garage this morning. I hope the weather by you is improving some and you get back to some sunny days. I hope you had a chill time this weekend, sometimes relaxing and listening to some great music is just right. I hope the Mrs and girl had a good time at the party...Fiddy.

Yes I've heard of the correlation between pressure and the aches and pains. People tend to get flair ups when bad weather is moving in very strange how thet works. I hope you find relief. I'm totally with you on portion control being the key to my diet. I had gotten carried away with huge portions for so long and now I just have to remind myself that a smaller portion will taste just as good and still fill me up. Your so right that to deny yourself something that you like just makes you want it more. I've cut out a lot of unnecessary carbs but I have bread for sandwiches for lunches, even a little pasta for dinner. Since my toe is feeling better I've been able to get back to a light workout and it feels great. I agree that loosing weight slowly is probably best and I'm suprised at how quick the first 25 pounds came off I expect the next 20 to come off slower. It's not a race. Im glad your ak and CK are doing well. I hope you get plenty of lady's from you gogi and elph seedlings. There should be great stuff in there. I really look forward to hearing about the LBL cross you are trying. I have a few packs of diffrent LBL crosses and I've seen a few reports of some nice plants to be found in them.

I'm glad to hear that your party went well. There is something special about watching a kid have a great time, reminds me how nice childhood should be. I wish all kids had the chance to just enjoy their childhood, it seems like so many have to grow up so quick these days. Sorry to hear that you won't be able to go to Metallica. The irs Shute does suck, every year I claim 0 and get the max taken out for taxes and I usually still owe them 500-1000 every April. I don't get it. I don't make a lot of cash but I have no depends so I get fisted every year. The toe is feeling a lot better thanks. I here you on the dry, cracked skin. I get a lot of that during the dry winters plus all the chemicals and cleaners I touch daily at work. It seems I always have a gash or two on each hand. Metal slivers suck too, I've got one festering away as we speak.

It sounds like the LBL cross is nice and vigorous and they are sprouting well for you. I hope I get good luck on the granola funk seeds I put in soil this morning. Yes I've been thinking about building out a room or two for a while and I'm about ready to start planning it out. I probably won't be building untill fall but I can get a head start on the planning and design work. I'm looking forward to a little more room and some higher ceilings. Good luck with the F2's...Fiddy.

Update and pics
Greetings friends.
I've been busy in the jungle last weekend so there are some new additions to share today. I soaked half a pack of granola funk and put them in soil this morning. I'm really looking forward to running these plants. I've heard a lot of good things about them and I've seen a lot of nice pics of them that others have grown. I should know in a couple days or so how many I'll have to work with. I also spent time taking cuts and trimming up the 3 red eye Jedi plants and the cc GSC I've got for the next flower run. I made a big watering mistake and let them dry up and wilt a bit a couple days ago by accident so I hope the cuts root ok. I think they were pretty healthy and I hope they didn't mind getting a little dry. The cuts look great in the cloner so fingers crossed that I'll have good roots in a week or so. I also decided to not add the extra air stone to the cloner this time. Last time I added a pump and air stone and "improved" the cloner and got no roots. I'm hoping that the cloner works like it did the first couple time I used it. The 91SL's in flower are doing their thing and looking pretty good. Nugs are swelling and a couple of the plants should finish in a couple weeks or so. I've yet to find any balls or nanners on them. I'm hoping I have my timing close this time so as soon as the flower tent opens up I'll have plants ready to go in.

looking good there fiddy!
some of those tops are starting to look really nice and plump how many weeks are you letting this run go? from the look of the picture posted, the clones have recovered just fine they look nice and healthy from the top, how do they look when you check the roots? that would be weird if it was the added air stone that caused the problems, ive never heard to a plant suffering from too much oxygen in their water but like you said, go with what works glad to hear you were able to get back on track with your workouts in the gym bike and elliptical are both pretty low impact and are a good way to exercise without aggravating the toe too much how did it feel after playing disk-golf? you are spot on about portion sizes being a big part of losing weight, my man /its funny because growing up we always were told to finish your food no matter how much was on your plate like you, i still want to enjoy the foods i like (breads, rice and pasta especially), just in reasonable portion sizes its nice outside here today, but its still winter, so i wont be too surprised when the next cold spell hits but after the really cold weather we have been having, the 60' temps are felling downright nice can you believe this is the weekend we are changing the clocks? that is a sure sign of spring being right around the corner hope you are having a great week and keep on kicking ass, brother! |

Yes they are looking good and getting fatter. I'm at week 7 now and was hoping that the 2 early finishers would be done in just over 8 weeks with the other 2 a couple weeks behind them. I had a look at the trichomes this morning on the early ones and they are mostly cloudy allready. I've got time to let them go untill they show some Amber trichs so no hurry untill clones are ready. The clones look great, I haven't checked for root bumps yet but will start in a couple days, if I remember I was getting bumps after about a week in the past with the cloner. I think the extra air stone causes too much turbulence in the water and the pump I was using was too strong also causing turbulence. Too much o2 dosent sound possible, but maybe. It worked great until I started messing with it so I'm keeping fingers crossed that it will work well again. Yes low impact is good for me. I have been taking it king of easy and working my way back into the workouts but the toe is getting a lot better and it should be 100% soon. I don't need to overdue it and I get plenty of steps in during the work day too. The toe felt a little sore after all the walking at the disc golf course but it has healed some since and I think if I went today it would be fine. I use to hear things like "finish everything on your plate" and "starving children in the world would love to have that plate of food" too when I was growing up. Maybe it kind of helped me justify huge portions but to be honest I just got out of control the last bunch of years and have no one to blame but myself. My mom has been a good influence, she is a dietitian and is big into well balanced meals. I am especially watchful of extra carbs while I'm loosing the weight but once I'm down to where I want to be ill be able to allow a bit more of that stuff. I made some bad food choices last weekend including a bunch of chocolate cake and it hasn't slowed me down a bit, but I can't make a habit of that. I'm glad your weather is improving, it's amazing how nice 60 degrees can feel after a cold spell. As we've talked about in the past the changing of the clocks is unnecessary and stupid, but I will appreciate it staying light a bit later. Time to change the light timers again. I hope you are having a good week and its hump day allready so the weekend is on the way.

thats funny you mention the timers, because i was just thinking about that this monring, fiddy
im in the middle of flowerand dont want to subtract one hour from the dark cycle, so i think i will just let that one go /it just means that everything happens an hour later during the day once this grow comes down, then i will recalibrate the timers to match the house clocks as far as my veg tent goes, im not as concerned about when the lights come on or off /heck, i will even work around them when they are "dark" yeah i remember those same starving kids growing up thats so cool your mom is trained in the field, i bet she is a really good resource to ask when you thinking about your diet does she also like to cook? i wouldent sweat the occasional "bad food" choice, man its not easy to change your diet up and sometimes its just fun to eat as long as you are getting your exercise and eating sensible meals for the most part, i dont think there is anything wrong with indulging once in a while i just pulled some chicken thighs off the grill and am going to have them with pasta salad and yellow squash for dinner tonight im almost more excited about the left overs tho, i going to de-bone whats left and make a chicken salad for lunch tomorrow so do you have any plans for the weekend? |

Good Morning Tribe
Well I got some snow but not enough to worry about. The black ice is my fear. With these cold nights and warm days it shows up a lot. Some time ago I think it was Packerfan suggested defoliation in flower I don't agree although I don't have his experience I feel the leaves should be left till they fall off. Dr Jidoka had this to say about it. So humans store extra minerals in bones. Plants store it in leaves and stems. Of course balance is ideal so when the plant does draw upon its mobile minerals it won't get sick. But if you remove the fan leaves and excess can only be stored in stem and flower resulting in a sick and weak low yielding plant And imo all of the good stuff, terpenes, thwhatever, are oils. They require a lot of energy. So destroying your chloroplasts late in the cycle seems counterproductive. You can argue stress response but a healthy, hydrated mma fighter stomps a dehydrated one.
