If none of those do it you may just not like bourbon. I've heard of that but never met one.
Never made liqueurs my neighbor makes brandy but I never liked it. It is better than his sweet wine but still.....
I read up on that rocket strain I think I want some. Did you get yours local. I get mine attitude which h as always been good but no afterthought so far.
Hope you enjoy the game

Good afternoon Rodehazrd.
I've herd of the four roses before from a guy at work who likes a bourbon. I should be able to find it around here and I'm looking forward to trying it. It's been a long time since I've had a whiskey. I got pretty sick after pounding a bottle of early times when I was in my 20's and haven't experimented with it much since. I don't know about that brandy but sweet wine doesn't sound any good to me. I grew up in beer country but was exposed to wine when I moved out west. I developed a taste for bold dry red wines but can't stand the sweet stuff. Nothing like a dry red cab or zin with a nice steak.

I got my seeds straight from aridbud. He is the breeder and he is great to work with. Private message him and he will have you email for catalog. You can get his gear at GLG as well and a lot of other good stuff but I'd go straight through him. He will take good care of you. Nice guy and great customer service. The a-rockets are all kicking ass and looking great. Can't wait to smoke them.

I hope your weekend is going well. You enjoy the game as well...Fiddy.

Good afternoon ReikoX.
That's really cool they can test for sex in the DNA. And if they can test for a plants tendency to hermie that is almost even better. Waiting for males to show is one thing but having them hermie after a couple months of work really sucks. I hope they can figure that out because it would be sweet. Amazing times indeed. Thanks for the link...Fiddy.

Sunny FL Indica will become famous soon enough
Morning all from Bee-u-tea-full Lost Wages, errr, Las Vegas.

Scored some gummies from a green dragon tincture that worked pretty amazing but I ended up with an upset stomach. Only problem was it took a long ass time for them to kick in - like almost an hour.

The bud I got a hold of was Ketama Northern Moroccan 100% Indica. The bud was free since it still can't be sold for recreational purposes in Nevada, but I did make a nice contribution to his favorite cause at around $11/g. Buds were pre-gound (good in a way since i won't bring a grinder on a plane) but you couldn't really tell how good the tric coverage was as it wasn't in nugget form. Was told in was indoor hydro grown from Seattle.

Anyway, wasn't overly stinky - smelled a bit fuel but no real terpene profile - i mean none. The smoke was acrid at best and, well, bitter. Not in a bad way, but image like a tonic-water bitter. My guess, and its just a guess, is this was dried way to fast and may have been picked a bit early as its its a very army green color. Nothing bright or sexay about it. The buzz was there, but TBH I smoked more than I normally do so it was probably more towards that 10% thc rather than 15% like it can supposed get to, and overall nothing special that stood out. It did provide excellent pain relief in my legs as I had walked forever up and down the strip. Gotta give it a good 9 on the pain relief category. Anyway, walk-about here ain't nothing like walk-about in Florida. I hate walking on concrete when God created grassy fields and trails through trees, but i also realize that ain't gonna happen here.

Bottom line is that it worked as advertised, and I felt a lot better about getting it off of CL than trying to find some in other ways like we had to in the past.

Now for the game, wow - what a comeback. Crowd was HEAVILY into Atlanta. I ended up not making a play on the game or the side, but I should have, since everybody out here was on the under - casinos won huge.

Prop bets didn't to well this year. Food was a usual crappy but the social beverages were free flowing.

Well, gotta get packing for the flight back. take care gents.

hey guys! what a game

it was like watching two different teams play
atl took control of the first half but belichick and crew owned the second half and carried that momentum straight into OT

def one of the better super bowls and even the half time show was pretty good!
/how is she goign to get down to the stage, pop rocks asks...

Romah romah-mah, Gaga oh-la-la

so here is a pic of that infused liquor mrs chickys friend made

this is before kick off
i took a sip or two but tequilla just insnt my thing
mrs chicky on the other hand wrecked the stuff and we have less than a half bottle left
i would describe it as a herby tasting tequilla with skunky element to it, and it actually packed quite a kick

the tri tip sliders came out awsome btw
at one point im kind of working up a sweat and asking myself if it was worth it
one bite was all it took, fresh ground is tops in my book
next time i want to try it with a rib eye!

that would be real eating!

hope you all had a great weekend

Good morning Rodehazrd.
Yep there is way too much sweet stuff out there already. I'll PM you about the seeds more info.
Good to know about the radiators and lead. You defiantly have to watch what materials you use if making something for consuming.

Good morning Sunny.
Sounds like you had a good time in Vegas. I'm glad you found some buds that worked well for you. I'm with you on not liking to walk on concrete. I spend all day on my feet on a concrete floor at work and my feet are done by the end of the day. Too bad the betting didn't go your way but hopefully the entertainment made up for it.

Good morning pop_rocks.
What a game indeed. Tale of two teams and of two halves. I have to admit I was in a booze and food induced coma by the end of the game so it's a bit fogy for me. Many bowls with hash were smoked as well. As nice as football is there is going to be some nice parts about getting Sundays back to do other things. Also means spring is on the way.

That tequila looks potent. The green really comes through. Sounds like it was a good way to use up some larf. Sounds like the lady loved it and that's the important part.

Great news about the sliders. It's a little more work and takes a bit of planing but fresh ground is the way to go. Once you've done it a bunch of times it will go very quickly. Well worth the effort and you know exactly what is in there. Ribeye would make a wonderfully rich burger. I'm going to try ribeye or ny strip soon. But you don't have to use expensive cuts for it to be great. Using chuck and brisket makes a really nice juicy burger as well. Once you have done burgers a couple times maybe you could find some pork and a little pork belly and make a couple pounds of "loose" breakfast sausage patties, they freeze well. We will talk more about sausage later.

Sounds like you had a great weekend. I hope your week is off to a good start...Fiddy.

Update and pics

Good afternoon friends.
I didn't want to take any chances with letting the plants get root bound this grow so I transplanted the plants this morning. I mixed up a blend of happy frog and ocean forest soil yesterday and added another 20% perlite. This morning I transplanted all 8 lemon wookiees. It was getting really tedious watering the little 4" pots they started in every 1-1/2 - 2 days. They are now in 8' pots that hold about a gallon of soil each. I only had 7 of these pots so one had to go int a bigger 10" pot. A few were a little droopy right after transplant but I expect them to be fine. I am thinking they will take a couple days to adjust to their new pots and then we should see a nice growth spurt. The males should show in a couple weeks then into final pots with them and off to the flower tent.

Here they are right after transplant and watering in.

They are starting to get some more leaves and should take off soon...Fiddy.

yeah man, i was suprised at how it came out
like you said, its only about 8g a bottle but the way i figure it, its like a shot and a bong hit at once
mrs chicky def loved it, maybe a bit too much
her friend is totally down to make more

i will be making fresh ground beef again!

so if i got myself some pork loin and pork belly, would that make for good sausage?
what would you recomend as a seasoning?
i put this smoke house seasoning in with the slider meat and it really brought out the best in the bacon
i think you are right about using less expensive cuts
rib eye is best enjoyed on the grill
plus i can get another tri tip on the cheap and its not much more than the prepackaged ground beef they sell in the stores
thanks for all the help on this and i hope to one day make some stuffed sausages like the ones you ahev show in the past

those plants are looking great
good call on mixing the of and hf, that should not be too hot for the young plants
they look like they are jsut about through the seedling stage and should really take off any time now
