Multiple strain LED cabinet grow in Coco
Ok... (Sparks a freshly cleaned chillum packed with some local indoor Fruity Pebbles with a 6 week cure time on it) let's try this again... (Exhales deeply).
So, now that my device is plugged in and I won't lose power as I'm about to hit post.. Hi! This is my second post here and my first legit grow. I'd like to start off by saying thank you to the community here for being such a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to continuing to learn more about this amazing plant every day. I'll go ahead and give you a brief summary of the cabinet and post a couple pictures of how it everything looks now. (This was taken on the 3rd day of 12/12 Jan 3rd. Yeah I got to flip for new year's!! ) Here's the cabinet!! I'm running two linked Viparspectra 450's with a 4"Apollo Horticulture fan and filter in the flower area and the veg contains two 42" LED strip lights that I've modified so that I can link them together. The flower area is lightproof completely and is vented using a modified version of scrubninjas light trap. The entire cabinet is run off of a single plug. There's a dual plug outlet in the top left corner that allows for the top and the modified bottom surge protectors to have constant power and allows me to run my timers inside the cabinet. The cabinet dimensions are 20"x4'x6', so I'm pretty limited on space, but I'm trying to use it efficiently. All of the plants are in fabric pots (except the little ladies in solo cups) and are fed with a full line of H&G products in RO'd water every watering. (Taken today, 10th day after the flip) The flowering area now contains2 bagseed Dreamwreck, 1 bagseed Pineapple Kush, 1 POG Bagseed, 1 White Widow fem freebie and 1 GSC ffem from Burning Bush. They are Scrogged at about 7" above the soil line and the second tier is going to be installed this weekend after they are all transferred to the new cabinet (this gets addictive quick eh?) (Taken today as well) Veg is SUPER FULL at the moment. Reason for that is the aforementioned 2nd cabinet that I am installing this weekend.the second cabinet will be fixed with a 6" Apollo Horticulture fan and filter as well as the two 450w Viparspectras in this cabinet in attempt to keep keep tempsand humidity a little lower and this cabinet will also only be single room. The modified hydro tray that houses all of the pots along with all of the plants and in scrog will be transferred to it. I have a set of 300w Viparspectras that are going in this cabinet to better accommodate the 4" fan and filter. This cabinet will be getting a 21 plant SOG in single gallon fabric pots. So anyways, veg now consists of 10 POG clones (2 phenos), 9 GSC clones (3 moms. One for me 2 for friends), 8 Pineapple Kush clones (3 phenos w/ 1 mom), 6 White Widow clones (I'm trying to find a new home) and a Blue Tara momma. As you can imagine, I've got a busy week ahead of me and I'm looking forward to it! Let me know if you have any questions or comments on anything. I'd love to hear what some people think about it on here. I'll try to get back on tomorrow to post some more detailed pics of the setup. Until then, happy growing! (Pineapple Kush taken today) |

Hey, thanks for the love everyone! So I uploaded a few more pictures of the lights/fan/filter setup in the flowering area, to more effectively show how it's set up.
(This just shows the hydro tray that I cut down to allow for some more ventilation as well as kind of a neat pic) (Another shot showing the whole flower setup) (This is one of my fav things that I've gone way OD with on this cabinet.. They're digital camouflage straps that allow my carbon filter to be strapped to it before attaching the straps to the framed ceiling. They are double hand stitched and completely adjustable!) (The strap and fliter installed.) Thanks again for the compliments and I will continue to keep everyone updated as things progress!! Pineapple Kush smells so damn good already.. I can't wait to make some concentrates out of it!!!! |

Pic of the topping/super cropping/lst they all got to fit in the cabinet. The GSC was thrown in last in place if a white widow that was getting deficiency all over the place. That kind if stuff isn't cool in my house ,so it went bye bye and the gsc went in its place.
This is a pic of the sativa dominant pheno Dreamwreck that had been in there the whole time, so you can see how it's been worked around a bit. Were trying to get a clone of this pheno outside this year too ![]() Sorry the pics are so big.. I'm still not sure the best way to do this. |

So, last night I had a timer malfunction at lights out. Timer was some "heavy duty appliance timer" from Lowe's. A buddy and I have been having issues with them andthat freaked me out enough to get fed up with it and go get a couple of Titan Controls Apollo 9's at the hydro store. Not sure if they're workin yet, but I guess we'll find out in the morning. Anyone use these and have any comments?
