Nice selection Hatch. I see you are a animal farmer as well. I have a team of steers and a couple of beef cows. We raise Yorkshire pigs but just for our own consumption. I try and get them @ Easter and finish them at Thanksgiving. We had Merino sheep for years too. That is my favorite meat at butchering time!!
