Mandala's Early Flowering Male
I have an early flowering male of 8 Miles High in my growroom.
I am here to ask if someone has used the pollen of precoce plants to make seeds or is better to find another male. For now i have isolated the male. Thanks for your help. |

I have heard that breeders do not want early flowering males. Not sure why. Maybe someone with more knowledge will chime in.

Thanks @Robrites,
i have read on Mandala's website, about 8 Miles High, that it starts to flower soon if put in 12/12 regimen, so, precoce or not, it's a characteristic of the strain. About breeding question, i have read other thread on ICmag, and is out of my goal. So, i am still growing this beatiful plant and i hope to take pollen to do Frankenstein's hybrids. LOL |

Some like the early flowering males such as Vader from Ocean Grown Seeds. Most say the opposite. Doesn't hurt to try.

Well,
i now have done a cross with Mandala Seeds and Sagarmatha, Mandala#1 x Northern Lights#9 aka Jasmin's Rose from the name of the female breeders behind these strains... LOL I have loose my old account, damn! Anyway i like Mandala, also Sagarmatha, now i'm trying Cuvee from TGA, but i'm waiting to pick some Satori on 2018. Thank you for the info @dire_wolf. |

I grew 8 miles high ok nice upon a time. Within a few days that stuff will start to show sex. Used an 8mh male to pollinate a big baseball bat cola Ganesh. Grew those seeds out for a few years. Great stuff. Currently have a few Ganesh in my garden. A couple big tall lanky girls and a couple squat cola girls.
Op, what did you end up doing with the male? |

I used the pollen on some Mandala#1.
My setup at that time was poor, i grow with led, small pots and organic soil. I really like the short pheno of 8MH! |

I pollinated my Bubba Kush clone with a male Eight Miles High years ago and now I'm about five or six Generations from that. It's been great. I hope they open the store in January so I can get some more seeds and make a back cross
