And as per your other comment, yes the police have my name, they have done two knock and talks so far, saying they had reports I was selling and growing, and wanting to come in and to a search without a warrant, but I wouldn't let them.

I have decided now to not worry about LE, and just go for it.

But he gets drunk and wants someone to talk to so he calls the cops and says "junkies" are trying to break into his house.

So the cops are getting pissed of with him, and he's destroyed all his credibility by doing this shit, so it's like he's cried wolf too many time's and so I don't think the cops will give much weight to anything he says in the future.

Most non-growers think cannabis just takes two months to grow so chances are if she told the tweaker you grow she probably also said that you just started another crop after selling your last bit to her. With that in mind if the guy is casing your house he's probably also going to wait for your to put in the hard work for him so I'd expect a visit in around 6 weeks.

In the meantime you should consider finding out where the tweaker lives and sprouting a good 500-1000 seeds. If he wants your plants give them to him but do it under your terms such as surprising him with them at 3am in his backyard and making sure that they've all individually potted and labelled with such tags as skunk, perso, $$$, etc. He might be happy, he might not, but if someone happens to anonymously call the police while he's in possession of such a gift he'll no longer be your problem for a very long time.

Destroy your grow immediately and get rid of all your equipement asap. No amount of plants are worth your freedom or safety. And like already said before move away and stay low profile for a few years. You can always start growing again later. Neither the cops or those lowlifes will give up so easily.

And try to respect next time the main rule of growing: Keep your damn mouth shut!
